In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs with a wooden spoon
Add the condensed milk and milk and mix until smooth
Transfer to another bowl through a fine-mesh sieve. Reserve
Separate six small molds with capacity for 1/2 cup (120ml) each
Spread 2 tablespoons of caramel at the bottom of each mold
Distribute the reserved mixture among them and place them on the edge of a plate in the rotating microwave, leaving the center free
Cook on medium power until slightly firm (about 10 minutes)
Let it cool
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
