2 1/2 cups of ripe banana puree

3 bananas or bananas slices, halved lengthwise and then in half

In a bowl, mix the banana puree with the butter to form a crumbly mixture
Spread some of it at the bottom of a 20 cm diameter refractory mold
Arrange the bananas on top, followed by sugar and cinnamon
Cover with the remaining crumbs and place in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve with creamy whipped cream, if desired
