Bate the egg yolks with the carrot, as for an egg custard
Add the potato (cook it with skin, then peel after cooking)
Add the coconut, nuts, and yeast
Finally, mix thoroughly the beaten egg whites in a snow-like consistency with 1 pinch of salt
Grease a round cake pan with a hole in the center and dust with all-purpose flour
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C), to bake
Let it cool and decorate, covering it with Chantilly cream, using a pastry bag
If desired, fill the center also with Chantilly cream.
