Whisk together the butter or margarine and sugar in a bowl until well combined, then beat in the egg yolks
Whisk until smooth
Sift together the flour, fuba, baking powder, and salt, and add to the mixture
Stir until just combined
Add the coconut milk
Beat until smooth
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the batter
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
