Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and beat for another 10 minutes
Gradually mix in the sweet corn, flour, and yeast, alternating with coconut milk
Mix well
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool before removing from the pan
If desired, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
