Beat the sugar, butter, and egg yolks until light and fluffy
Add the milk, alternating with the flour panned with baking powder. Reserve
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt and fold them gently into the reserved mixture
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and spread the strawberries
Cover with the remaining batter and arrange the banana slices on top
Dust with sugar and cinnamon and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
If desired, dust with more sugar and cinnamon over the warm cake.
