In a stand mixer, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
Add the eggs and beat for another 2 minutes
In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, flour, baking soda, salt, and yeast
Combine with the butter mixture
Pour into a prepared tube pan, greased with butter, and bake at moderate heat (180°C) for 30-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool before running a knife around the edges to remove from pan
Wait for it to cool completely, then dust with granulated sugar, decorate with edible flowers, and serve.
