1 tablespoon of grated orange zest

Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Grease a cake pan with butter and reserve it for later
In a mixer, beat all ingredients except chocolate until you get a creamy mixture
Divide it in half, add the chocolate to one part and mix well
Place the plain mixture in the reserved cake pan and top it with the chocolate one
Use a fork to mix the two together
Put it in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (around 35 minutes)
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes
Unmold and serve at room temperature
