1 cup (stick) of butter

1/4 cup (stick) of orange juice

1 cup (stick) of butter
1 cup (stick) of sugar

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, orange zest, and orange juice
Divide the dough into two parts
One part will be used for the chocolate topping, reserve it
2 Pour the white dough into a 24cm round cake pan greased with butter
3 Place the chocolate topping over the white dough, using a fork to mix the two together
4 Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool and then unmold

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Add the butter and heavy cream, mix well, and cover the cake with the resulting cream.
