Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Dust a 25 cm diameter cake pan with whole wheat flour and butter it
Beat the butter in a large bowl until it's light and creamy
Add the honey gradually, beating well
Continue beating for 2 minutes
Add the eggs one at a time, beating just until combined
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and orange zest
Add this mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the orange juice
Add the walnuts
Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes
Remove from the cake pan and let cool completely
Cut into 20 portions.
