1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
1 package of lemon gelatin
1 package of lemon-flavored quick bread

Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased mold and bake
After baking, remove from oven and place on top a mixture of 1 lemon's juice with 1 cup of sugar
Let it cool down, then take it out of the mold and cut into squares
No preparation is needed for the purchased gelatin.
