In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar, and butter for 1 minute
Add the milk and vanilla extract and blend until well combined
In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, sifted together, and mix with the creme blended in the blender
Pour into an ungreased tube pan or Bundt pan, about 9 inches in diameter, and smooth top
Bake at moderate heat (350°F), preheated oven, for 35 minutes, or until golden brown or a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from oven, let cool completely on wire rack, then invert onto plate
Serves 6-8 portions per serving.
