Dough: Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the sugar and beat again
Add the yolks, one by one, beating after each addition
Add the salt and finally the flour
Spread the dough in a greased and floured pan, also greased, and bake at medium heat until golden brown
Filling: Mix the ingredients in a pan and cook, stirring constantly, until shiny
Glaze: Mix the juice with the sugar and cook until thickened
Assembly: With the dough still warm, fill the cake with the egg yolk mixture and roll it up like a croissant
