1 medium mango, seedless, cut into cubes and then into thin slices (can be peeled or not)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
3 cups of basic cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of milk
Scoops of whipped cream for serving (optional)

In a small bowl, combine the mango with the butter, lime juice, and cinnamon
Set aside
In a round mold of 20 cm in diameter, place the eggs, cake mix, and milk
Mix well with a rubber spatula or plastic one, scraping the sides of the mold
Press the mango slices into the mixture (in layers)
Rescue with the lime juice and butter that was left in the bowl
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Serving warm with whipped cream or letting it cool in the mold
Serves 4 to 6 people.
