Preheat the oven to high temperature
Sift together flour, yeast, and salt. Reserve
Beat the butter with ginger, add eggs one by one, beating continuously
Then, add yuca, sifted ingredients, coconut, coconut milk, and Parmesan cheese
Beat until well mixed
Beat a little more until everything is well combined
Pour the mixture into the greased baking sheet and bake for an hour or until golden brown
Check with a toothpick if it comes out clean
