4 cups of raw and grated sweet potatoes
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of coconut milk

Sift together the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, beating continuously, then mix in the sweet potatoes, dry ingredients, coconut, coconut milk, and cheese
Mix well for a few more minutes
Pour the batter into a greased 26x40 cm pan and bake at a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown and firm to the touch
Let cool, then cut into 32 squares.
