Sift together the flour, yeast, salt, and cassava root
Beat the butter with the cassava root, then add the eggs, beating continuously, followed by the manioc, dry ingredients, coconut, coconut milk, and Parmesan cheese
Beat a little more to mix well
Place the dough in a 26 x 40 cm greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.
