Beat the egg whites until stiff and reserve
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar
Remove the seeds from mama's fruit, mash it, and add it to the mixture
Add also the flour and half cup of granola
Mix well and add the oil

Without stopping to mix, add the guarana slowly
Add the yeast, vanilla extract, and baking soda
Mix well
Add the egg white and mix
Grease the mold with butter and dust it with all-purpose flour
Pour in the dough and bake at medium temperature for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Remove the seeds from mama's fruit, mash it
In a pan, mix it with the other ingredients except cornstarch, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Add the cornstarch and mix
Pour over the cake, decorate with granola, and serve.
