2 3/4 cups of grated cassava

Squeeze the cassava to remove some of the gum. Reserve
Preheat the oven to high temperature and grease a 20 cm diameter mold with butter, leaving a hole in the middle
Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon and pour the mixture into the prepared mold
Bake for 30 minutes and reserve
Glaze: mix the grated cassava with coconut milk and brush the cake with the glaze
Return to the oven until it's well golden brown.
