Beat the pineapple, milk, olive oil, and eggs well in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and add sugar, flour, and baking powder; mix well
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a medium preheated oven for about 40 minutes
Let it cool, remove from pan, and serve with pineapple slices.
