1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of butter

Melt the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, and salt together in a double boiler over simmering water for 8-10 minutes or until smooth
Remove from heat
Add vanilla extract and butter
Replace hot water with cold water in the double boiler
Place the glaze bowl over cold water and whisk or stir until cool
If the glaze is too thick, add a little heavy cream
Purpose: to cover a two-layer cake of approximately 22cm diameter.
