Sift the flour into a bowl
Mix the yeast, sugar, and milk
Make a small indentation in the flour and add the yeast mixture
Knead, cover, and let rest for 20-30 minutes
Add the salt, butter pieces, sugar, and egg
Knead well

Open the dough to form a rectangle
Place in a greased baking dish
