Topping and Decoration

Chocolate Mousse: Mix the water with the chocolate and let it cool
Mix the flour with the confectioners' sugar and baking powder
Add the cooled chocolate, the butter mixed with eggs and vanilla extract
Beat well and reserve
Beat the egg whites until frothy and add the salt
Fold in the chocolate mixture and pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a medium oven
Cut it in half and reserve
Strawberry Filling: Mix the flour with the confectioners' sugar and baking powder
Add the strawberry puree, butter mixed with eggs and vanilla extract
Beat well
Beat the egg whites until frothy, add the salt and slowly pour the filling mixture over the egg whites
Fold and pour into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a medium oven
Filling: Make the two creams separately
Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and bring to a boil
Beat continuously until thickened
Proceed similarly for the chocolate cream. Reserve
Prepare the topping: Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then mix with the heavy cream
Beat until uniform and shiny
Assembly: Place one of the cake halves on a serving plate and cover it with white cream
Spread over the cream sliced strawberries and place the strawberry cake half on top
Make another layer with the white cream, the strawberries, and finally the chocolate cake half
Top with melted chocolate and decorate with strawberries.
