In a bowl, mix the oil, flour, sugar, 3 eggs, baking powder, pecans, and grape paste
Place the mixture in an 18 cm diameter cake pan, with a hole in the middle, greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until inserting a toothpick into the center yields a clean result
Baste the cake with the yolk and dust with sugar mixed with chopped pecans
Bake for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and unmold
