Beat the whites until frothy
Continue beating, add the yolks, sugar, flour and finally the yeast
Place in a greased and floured cake pan
Put in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 25 minutes
Let cool and remove from pan
Cut the cake in half
Pit the fruits and set aside
In a blender, beat the condensed milk with lemon juice until thickened
In a refrigerator, alternate layers of cake, fruits and cream
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Unmold and serve.
