Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until smooth and creamy, then add the flour
Beat in the ice cream until well combined
Continue beating until a smooth batter forms
Add the yeast and beaten egg whites and mix gently with a wooden spoon
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a medium preheated oven
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
