Prepare the soy milk according to the package instructions and reserve

In a bowl, whisk together the wheat flour and soy flour, sift, and reserve as well

In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and reserve
In another bowl of the stand mixer, combine the sesame seeds, egg yolks, and butter, and beat until smooth
Turn off the mixer and add the flour mixture

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Slowly mix the dough with a wooden spoon, adding the soy milk gradually
Add the salt, coconut, and chocolate chips, and mix delicately
Add the egg whites and mix carefully
Add the yeast and mix

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and unmold.
