Two lightly beaten eggs

One half cup of raisins
One half cup of mixed candied fruits
Confectioner's sugar

Sift together the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and baking soda
Add the margarine to small pieces and ricotta cheese
Add the eggs, milk, almond extract, raisins, and candied fruits
Knead well on a floured surface for about 5 minutes
Shape into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm
Lift one side and fold
Place in an ungreased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven at 55-65 minutes
While still warm, dust with confectioner's sugar.
