Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until smooth
Fold in the whipped egg whites, continuing to beat until combined
Process the cookies and peanuts in a blender until fine
Add the chocolate and nut butters to the mixture, stirring until combined
Line a mold with plastic wrap and fill with the mixture; then freeze
Unmold the cake the next day and top with whipped cream.
