Cake Mix
4 tablespoons of butter
2 cups (scant) of all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 egg whites
Topping
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of whipped cream
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of brandy

Topping: In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, whipped cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, and brandy. Reserve
Mixture: In a stand mixer, beat the butter, flour, and eggs until smooth
Combine the milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and all-purpose flour into the mixture
Finally, incorporate the beaten egg whites
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes
While still warm, poke the pudding with a fork, pour half of the topping over it, and cut into small squares
Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
When serving, add more chilled topping.
