3 cups of chocolate shavings
1/2 package of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of whipping cream
1 package of cream cheese (150g)
2 cups of ricotta cheese, crumbled
4 tablespoons of lemon zest

1 Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then mix in the butter
2 In a bowl, combine the chocolate shavings and then mix with the melted chocolate and butter
3 Grease a 22 cm round cake pan with margarine
Mold the chocolate mixture into the bottom of the pan and set aside
4 Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin in water
5 In a blender, blend the gelatin, condensed milk, whipping cream, cream cheese, and ricotta until smooth
Then add the lemon zest and mix again
6 Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and refrigerate until set.
