Beat the butter with a sugar and add the eggs, beating constantly until you get a fluffy cream
Add the grated green corn and mix in the sifted flour with the yeast, mixing well
Pour into a 25 cm diameter cake pan, greased and floured, and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean
Let it cool down and unmold
Cut into 18 slices.
