1 cup of rolled oats

40 drops of vanilla extract or to taste

1 tablespoon of water
Cinnamon for dusting (optional)

Mix all ingredients together, shape into a ball and form balls about 1 cm in size
Shape into desired shapes with a fork
Dust with cinnamon if desired
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C preheated for about 20 minutes
Let cool
Yield about 55 pieces.
