1 Heat the strawberries over low heat with the water and stir constantly until they dissolve
If necessary, add a little more water
2 Remove from heat, mix the cheese and heavy cream together, and blend in a blender to create a homogeneous mixture. Reserve
Soufflé
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour gradually
Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated
Add the milk gradually and stir until you obtain a smooth and consistent cream
2 Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, large eggs, and finally the beaten egg whites, stirring gently
Grease and dust with flour a round baking dish suitable for soufflés
3 Pour the soufflé mixture into the prepared dish and then join the strawberry cream cheese mixture, being gentle
Bake in the oven until the soufflé is golden brown and firm
Serve warm or lukewarm.
