Roll out the dough (see how to do it in the recipe Massa for bunnies and nests) so that it is about 3 or 4 millimeters thick
Place the dough on a greased baking sheet
Place the rabbit mold (enlarged and cut from cardboard) over the dough and shape
Make use of the remaining dough to form baskets for the hen and rabbits (see how to do this in the illustrations below)
Baste the figures with a mixture made from egg white and milk
Immediately place in the preheated oven, where it should remain for 15 or 20 minutes
Prepare a topping with Confectioner's sugar and egg white
Divide this topping into several bowls and tint them with the desired coloring
Place the tinted topping in pastry bags or small pouches (as we teach you below)
Decorate the rabbits with the topping and colored balls.
