Beat the butter, sugar, and chocolate until well combined
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Mash the biscuits and add to the mixture with 3 tablespoons of vodka
Pour into an English-style round or square cake pan lined with parchment paper
Chill in the refrigerator until set
To serve, warm milk to a simmer and prepare the following sauce: Beat egg yolks with cornstarch and milk, then cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Add vodka and mix well
Remove from heat and let cool
Serve chilled.
