A preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease a 21 cm square baking dish with butter
Cook the banana, sugar, egg, and water in high heat, stirring until it becomes soft and mushy
Drain and arrange the bananas at the bottom of the baking dish

Mix together the flour, yeast, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Fry the butter and molasses in medium heat, stirring for 2 minutes
Gradually add the milk, alternating with the flour mixture, beating continuously until the batter is smooth and even
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Unmold and serve immediately.
