1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

6 tablespoons heavy cream
100g dark chocolate chips

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, baking soda, and salt
Set aside
Beat the butter, sugar, bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth
Add the eggs one at a time, beating just to combine
Remove from the mixer and, using a spatula, add half of the flour mixture
Mix well and then add the heavy cream
Mix slowly and finally add the remaining flour
Beat well
Transfer half of the dough to another bowl, add the chocolate, and mix
Grease and flour a mold
Alternate placing the dough masses with each other, using a large spoon
Use a fork to make circular motions to create a design in two colors
Bake the cake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes
Let it rest for 15 minutes before removing from the mold.
