12 oz unsalted butter, softened
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
5 large eggs
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Sauce
12 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup heavy cream
Topping: mix strawberries with granulated sugar
Place the brownie in the center of a plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce
Arrange the strawberries
and top with whipped cream, serve immediately.

Finely chop 50g of semisweet chocolate and set aside
Combine the remaining chocolate with softened butter in a bowl and place over simmering water
Beat eggs and granulated sugar until well combined
Add flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to egg mixture and mix well
Sift together flour and cocoa powder and set aside
Once the chocolate and butter are melted, remove from heat and add egg mixture
Add vanilla extract and mix again
Add flour mixture and mix without over-beating
Add nuts and remaining chocolate and mix until just combined
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Cut into squares
For the sauce: melt semisweet chocolate in a double boiler
Combine flour, heavy cream, and sugar to form a sauce
Assembly: mix strawberries with granulated sugar
