In a mixer, beat the egg whites until snowy, then add the yolks and sugar, continuing to beat
Add the milk and beat for another 3 minutes
Remove from the mixer, add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder sifted together, and mix well
Pour into a greased cake mold and dust with flour
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes
Let cool, remove from mold, and reserve
Filling
Heat the whipped cream and melted chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth
Hydrate the gelatin in water, or warm it in the microwave
Beat the egg whites until snowy and add sugar
Heat the strawberries and water until boiling, then remove from heat
Remove from heat, drain, and reserve
Add the melted chocolate, dissolved gelatin, and beaten egg whites, mixing well with a wire whisk (fouet)
Add chopped strawberries
Cut off a thin slice of the reserved cake top
With a spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture, leaving 2 centimeters of border at the center and sides
Fill with chocolate mousse and strawberries
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
Cover with whipped cream and decorate with strawberries.
