2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potato
2 cups cooked and mashed pumpkin
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons sweet Madeira wine or liqueur

Combine the sweet potato, pumpkin, eggs, and beat well in a blender
Add the remaining ingredients and pour into a greased refrigerator dish
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 25-30 minutes
Serve warm.
