3/4 cup desiccated coconut

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

40 drops of honey (or to taste)

Cream the butter until smooth
Add the egg, water, and vanilla extract and beat for an additional 5 minutes
Combine the flour and yeast and continue beating
When the dough is homogeneous, add the honey and beat for an additional 5 minutes
Fold in the desiccated coconut, forming small balls
Shape into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
