Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Mix 1 cup of hot water with 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder until dissolved
Add the heavy cream, unsalted butter, melted, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix until smooth

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
Add the milk chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, and mix until just combined

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
