Mix the butter with the all-purpose flour thoroughly
Add in the egg yolks and coconut milk, mixing well
Next, add the cornstarch, until it releases from your hands
Place the dough on a flat surface and roll out into ropes, cutting them to about 1/4 inch thickness, similar to a noodle
Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet, imprinting with a fork design
Bake at moderate heat (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden
Dust with confectioner's sugar as soon as they come out of the oven
Let sit for around 13 days.
