Combine the flour, yeast, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and salt
Add the butter or margarine to the mixture, mixing well
Mix the milk and egg and add to the previous mixture
Knead with a fork only to moisten
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead carefully for 30 seconds
Open to obtain a rectangle of about 1/2 cm thickness
Mix 1/2 cup of grated cheese with orange peel
Brush the dough with melted butter or margarine, sprinkle with half of the orange peel and cheese mixture
Roll up and cut into slices 2 cm thick
Place in muffin tins greased, sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture, and bake in a hot oven for 15 or 30 minutes.
