Peach Pudding with Whiskey

    For the pudding: Soak the black currants in whiskey for 30 minutes or overnight. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    For the sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together 1 egg and 1/2 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
