Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, active dry yeast, salt, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and water
Beat in the beaten egg
Mix until a dough forms, but do not overwork it
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes

On a floured surface, divide the dough into four parts
Roll each part out into a circle

Place half of a ripe banana, sliced into rounds, on each dough circle
Dust with granulated sugar mixed with ground cinnamon

Fold the dough over the filling to form a calzone shape, pressing the edges together to seal
Brush with the beaten egg and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
