In a bowl, combine the cooked and pureed squash with the coconut, mix well and reserve
In a pan, place the whole eggs and all-purpose flour
Mix well
Add to this same pan the butter, sugar, and mixture with the squash and coconut
Mix until a homogeneous mass forms
Place the mass in a medium-sized greased and floured cake pan
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes
Let cool and unmold.
