1 Prepare the cream
In a saucepan, combine the chocolate, coffee, condensed milk and butter
Heat over low heat and stir until it starts to thicken
Let it cool down
2 Soak the cookies in wine
Line a rectangular mold with plastic wrap
Alternate layers of cookies and cream
Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours
3 Prepare the topping: whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder delicately
Dismantle the pavê and top with whipped cream
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
