10 large red figs
2 tablespoons of honey
1 25cm diameter puff pastry circle
15g refined almond powder

Drip the honey into a tart pan and let it caramelize
Gently clean the figs, remove the stems, cut them in half, and place them on top of the caramelized honey, lengthwise
Sprinkle with almond powder and cover with the puff pastry circle
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
When the tart is ready, let it cool before removing it from the pan and serving plate
It's best served with whipped cream.
